You will mentor teams, develop business opportunities, and ensure high-quality, timely client deliverables while managing profitability and risk. The position requires a deep background in auditing, controls, and enterprise risk management, with strong collaboration across service lines

Qualifications

• Strong candidates are recognized industry experts with well-rounded experience in risk services and advisory work.
• Experience in internal/external audit, business process reengineering, or internal controls.
• Experience leading teams and developing a Risk Advisory practice, including revenue growth.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management and strategic direction with a focus on client service and growth.
• Translate vision into actionable business plans and monitor progress.
• Lead proposals, pursue new clients and expand services within existing accounts.
• Coordinate firm resources and ensure high-quality deliverables to clients.
• Oversee profitability, resource utilization and timely fee collection.
• Build client relationships and communicate effectively as a trusted advisor.
• Lead presentations to internal and external audiences.
