Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a senior leader to drive risk advisory services for diverse clients. You will guide engagements, manage teams and shape strategy to improve controls, governance and risk posture across industries.

The role requires deep experience in audits, risk management and process improvement, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and sustainable growth. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field and professional designation.
• 12+ years in risk advisory, internal/external audit, BPR or internal controls.
• Supervisory experience and track record in growing a Risk Advisory practice.
• Travel willingness for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management and strategic direction with a focus on client service.
• Translate vision into actionable business plans with measurable objectives.
• Partner with marketing to develop sales and expansion plans; pursue new clients.
• Coordinate resources to deliver high-quality products and services.
• Ensure training and development opportunities for team members.
• Manage profitability, appropriate rates and timely fee collection.
• Engage with client executives to identify risks and improve processes.
• Lead presentations and communications to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and win risk advisory opportunities; produce executive summaries.
