Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a senior leader to guide its risk advisory practice in California. You will shape strategy, oversee client engagements, and drive growth by identifying opportunities and delivering high-impact risk reduction strategies.

Ideal candidate has CPA/CIA with 12+ years in risk advisory or audit, strong leadership, and a proven ability to build teams and revenue while maintaining exceptional client service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or related program.
• CPA, CIA or equivalent designation(s) required.
• 12+ years in risk advisory, internal/external audit, BPM or internal controls.
• 7+ years of supervisory experience and mentoring associates.
• Proven track record of building a Risk Advisory practice and driving revenue.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for risk advisory with focus on client service and growth.
• Translate vision into actionable business plan and monitor progress.
• Lead business development, win risk advisory opportunities and expand services.
• Oversee profitability and resource utilization across engagements.
• Interact with client executives to understand their business risks and controls.
