Job summary

You will guide client engagements, develop strategies to manage risk, and oversee governance, IT, and internal controls across diverse industries.

You will build and mentor teams, drive business development, and partner with clients to implement robust risk management programs while fostering an ownership mindset within the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or related field.
• CPA, CIA, or equivalent designation required.
• 12+ years of risk advisory, internal/external audit, business process reengineering, or internal controls.
• 7+ years of supervisory experience mentoring and counseling associates.
• Proven track record of building and growing a Risk Advisory practice, including a client base and revenue.
• Proven ability in new business development.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
