Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (Accounting/IS or related).
• CPA, CIA, or equivalent designation required.
• 12+ years in risk advisory, internal/external audit, business processes or internal controls; healthcare/Life Sciences/Technology preferred.
• 7+ years supervisory experience, mentoring staff.
• Proven track record of building/growing a Risk Advisory practice, including team and client base.
• Proven ability in new business development.
• Ability to lead and supervise teams, deliver exceptional client service, continuous learning, ethics, and timely delivery.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction with focus on exceptional client service and growth.
• Translate vision into actionable objectives and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop sales plans and pursue new clients.
• Coordinate resources to deliver quality products and services.
• Ensure training and development with constructive feedback.
• Oversee profitability, utilization, rates and timely fee collection.
• Work with client executives to identify and manage financial and operational risks.
• Develop deep knowledge of client businesses through direct interaction.
• Think strategically about clients' operations and risks; recommend improvements.
• Advise on new processes and controls to address key risks.
• Assess risk across ERM, SOX and related areas.
• Review processes against frameworks; communicate gaps and recommendations.
• Lead new business development for risk advisory opportunities.
• Produce executive summaries and engagement reports.
• Be a trusted advisor; build relationships and deliver client value.
• Lead presentations to internal and external audiences.
