Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP seeks an experienced risk advisory leader to provide strategic direction and client service excellence. The role focuses on translating firm strategy into actionable plans, expanding services within existing clients, and pursuing new opportunities while ensuring effective risk management and governance.

The position requires a CPA or CIA and 12+ years in risk advisory or related fields, with strong supervisory experience. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, AIS, or related field.
• CPA, CIA or equivalent designation required.
• 12+ years in risk advisory, internal/external audit, business processes, or internal controls, with tech, real estate, life sciences, financial services or healthcare preferred.
• 7+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and strategic direction with a focus on client service excellence.
• Translate firm vision into actionable business plans and monitor progress.
• Lead marketing collaboration to expand services within and beyond client base; pursue new clients.
• Coordinate resources to deliver top-quality products and services to clients.
• Develop training and development opportunities for team members and give timely feedback.
• Oversee profitability and prudent utilization of personnel; ensure timely fee collection.
• Engage with client executives to identify and manage financial and operational risks.
• Build deep knowledge of client businesses and industries through direct interaction.
