Qualifications

• Three years of leadership experience in retail management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new computer programs quickly.
• Proven track record of sales success in a high-volume retail environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of sales associate performance, sales, operations and financial performance and implement goals.
• Train and develop a high performing sales team.
• Coordinate showroom operations by establishing goals for sales consultants.
• Set objectives, plan, organize, and direct sales associates to meet objectives and maximize potential.
• Coach sales consultants to set monthly sales goals and develop action plans.
• Monitor daily performance and compare with monthly objectives.
• Maximize merchandising with displays, signage, and store layout.
• Mentor and develop teams to achieve results.
• Assist sales consultants in the selling process and enhance the customer experience.
• Perform additional functions as assigned by management.
