Raymour & Flanigan is seeking aStore Leader in the Lancaster area to train, schedule shifts, and supervise sales associates while directing showroom operations to meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of leadership in high-volume retail, strong communication and mentoring skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective coaching and team development.
