Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a dedicated retail leader to oversee customer service operations in a fast-paced store environment. You will manage a team, handle payroll and benefits data, and coach associates to deliver service excellence. You will also collaborate with sales and operations to elevate the customer shopping experience.

The role requires at least three years of management experience in retail, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' management experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

• Maintain associate payroll, benefit and performance information.
• Hire, coach, mentor and develop associates.
