Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales success in a retail environment.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of sales associate performance, sales, operations and financial performance and implement team goals.
• Train and develop a high performing sales team.
• Coordinate showroom operations by establishing goals for sales consultants.
• Set objectives, plan, organize, and direct sales associates to meet objectives and maximize potential.
• Coach consultants to establish monthly sales goals and develop action plans.
• Monitor daily consultant performance against monthly objectives.
• Maximize merchandising through displays, signage, and store layout to be attractive and welcoming.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and development to motivate teams to achieve results.
• Assist consultants in the selling process and enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Perform additional functions as directed by management.
