Job summary

McGough Construction Co., LLC is seeking a Project Manager to assist with managing all project aspects from pursuit through close-out. The role involves mentoring Project Engineers, coordinating with owners, design partners, and subcontractors, and leading CPM scheduling tasks.

Qualifications

• Construction Management or related degree required.
• 2 years minimum of related experience including self-perform capabilities.
• Estimating experience necessary.
• Strong communication skills essential.
• Thorough and detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Self-starter and motivated to drive project success.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist pursuit team in understanding prospective projects and requirements.
• Research prospective clients and participate in preconstruction meetings.
• Prepare documentation for QA/QC page turns and CPM schedules.
• Assist with estimating, bid analysis and subcontractor procurement.
• Support CPM scheduling, Last Planner system and daily/weekly work planning.
• Review drawings and specs, manage RFI process and shop drawings.
