Job summary

Legrand is seeking an Operations Leadership Development Program Associate to join the LNA Corporate Team in Minnesota. The role focuses on implementing and improving manufacturing processes, enabling capability, safety, and reliability while supporting quality and customer service goals.

The OLDP Associate will rotate through technical, supervisory, and project-based positions over 12 months, with opportunities across multiple business units and sites.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Proven internship, co-op, or project experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership aptitude.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences on and leading projects that drive high performance.
• Rotate through technical, supervisory, and project-based positions during each 12-month assignment at a location.
• Design and implement process improvements and lead teams on productivity, lean, quality, and startup projects.
• Interact daily with manufacturing associates, engineers, supervisors, and planners; take direction from site leaders.
• Present results to Legrand North America senior leadership and coordinating with the program sponsor.
