RRD is launching an Associate - Operations-Leadership program in Oakdale, MN. This full-time, twelve-month training track prepares you for an operational leadership position across our manufacturing facilities in the United States.

The program covers rotations through manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance, with hands-on experience and mentorship to develop leadership capabilities after graduation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, supply chain or related fields.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Prior internship in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of the printing process is a plus.
• High energy, drive to succeed, and ability to meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Learn production rotations and the six core plant business functions: manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance.
• Shadow position-specific roles and perform in those roles to complete each rotation.
• Assist Plant Leaders in daily facility operations as learning opportunities arise.
• Attend internal and external plant meetings.
• Read publications on the print and manufacturing industries to deepen knowledge.
