Job summary

RRD is seeking an Associate for its Operations-Leadership program, a full-time, twelve-month entry-level training track designed to prepare you for an operational leadership role across U.S. manufacturing facilities.

The program emphasizes hands-on rotations through core plant functions and exposure to RRD processes. The cohort-based start is February 2027 in Angola, IN, with opportunities to advance within the company and contribute to a wide range of manufacturing operations and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, IT, marketing or related fields or equivalent work experience.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Prior internship in a manufacturing company/environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of the printing process is a plus.
• Written and verbal communication prowess and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Learn production rotations and the six core plant business functions: manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance.
• Shadow position-specific roles and perform in those roles during rotations.
• Assist Plant Leaders in daily facility operations as opportunities arise.
• Attend internal and external plant meetings.
• Read industry publications to increase understanding of print and manufacturing fields.
