RRD is seeking an Associate for its Operations-Leadership program in Chanhassen, MN. This full-time, entry-level role runs a twelve-month training track to prepare you for an operational leadership position across manufacturing facilities in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel
• Prior internship in manufacturing a plus
• High energy with customer service focus
• Self-confident with good written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Learn production rotations across six core plant functions
• Shadow roles and perform in rotations to complete each step
• Assist Plant Leaders in daily facility operations
• Attend internal and external plant meetings
• Read industry publications to deepen manufacturing knowledge
