Sonepar USA, Inc. in Mesa, AZ invites applicants to join the STEP program—a 12-month rotational path designed to educate, train, and develop capabilities across warehousing, inside sales, projects & quotations, marketing, and outside sales.

Starting in June 2027, participants gain hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure, and mentorship, with all-expense travel and leadership exposure. A BA/BS with GPA 3.0 and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Complete 12-month rotational program with core rotations in Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Experience team-building activities, travel to different locations, and specialized training as part of the STEP program.
• Program begins in June 2027 and offers exposure to site and corporate operations and leadership presentations.
