Sonepar USA invites ambitious graduates to join the STEP (Training for Emerging Professionals) program in Mesa, AZ. This 12-month rotational program offers hands-on experience across site and corporate operations, sales, procurement, project management, and E‑commerce, with mentorship and residency trips.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsabilidades
