Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare clinical applications, with RIS/PACS expertise.
• Direct hands-on eRAD RIS administration experience required.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Lead RIS team including analysts and integration engineers to design, configure, and optimize enterprise RIS workflows.
• Oversee enterprise RIS/PACS lifecycle management, migrations, and project delivery across multi-site imaging centers.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, IT/interoperability, and revenue cycle leadership to standardize scheduling, order intake, and billing workflows.
