Fairfield Property Management is seeking an organized and outgoing Assistant Property Manager to join our team. You will support the Community Manager in overseeing on-site operations of our multi-family community, handling administrative tasks, resident interactions, rent collection, and service coordination.

You will leverage your organizational and customer service skills daily, ensuring timely financial operations, lease administration, and responsive resident support in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Property management or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in overseeing on-site operations.
• Collect rent and post payments; prepare daily deposits.
• Maintain financial records and prepare reports for the community.
• Coordinate resident service requests and respond to inquiries.
• Guide leasing processes and verify applications; apply lease terms.
• Engage with residents, vendors, and the public to resolve issues.
• Schedule maintenance and liaise with contractors and owners.
