Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of residential leasing, sales, and/or property management experience.

• Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accounting & Reporting: Collect and post rent, process invoices, and prepare financial reports.
• Customer Service & Leasing: Lease apartments and promote resident satisfaction; respond to inquiries.
• Team Collaboration: Mentor leasing team and support Community Manager; ensure compliance with fair housing laws.
