Job summary

Kreative Technologies is seeking an Executive & Personal Assistant to support the founders with business and personal priorities. You will act as a true right hand, picking up tasks, researching options, and closing the loop with minimal direction.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, comfortable handling calls, researching options, and solving problems independently. Must live in the Fairfax area and be able to run local errands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct day to day support to the CEO and CFO on business and personal requests.
• Maintains schedules and calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Researches and books travel, hotels, restaurant reservations and other arrangements.
• Runs local errands in the Fairfax area.
• Completes data entry and light recordkeeping projects.
• Processes expense reports and submits receipts promptly.
• Supports general office upkeep and prepares the space for visitors.
