Job summary

Ranger Energy Services is seeking a Rig Supervisor to lead on-site crew operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to production standards on well servicing rigs in Colorado. The role requires hands-on knowledge of rig components, troubleshooting capabilities, and ongoing liaison with district management and customers to maintain high-quality service.

The candidate should have 5–8 years of rig experience, be able to perform duties across rig operator, floor hand, and derrick hand

Responsibilities

• Directs rig crew and coordinates with management on rig logistics and workflow.
• Performs BOP inspection and testing as needed.
• Tracks costs, labor and revenues; provides weekly cost analyses to operations manager.
• Maintains equipment; ensures safety and compliance with procedures.
• Provides training and supervision to on-location team members.
