Job summary

Ranger Energy Services in Oklahoma is seeking a Rig Supervisor to lead the on-site crew, ensure safe and productive operations, and coordinate with customers to deliver quality well servicing services on schedule.

You should bring 5–8 years of rig experience, be able to perform operator/floor/derrick functions, know pump and tank operations, hold a CDL, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' experience on a well servicing rig or similar rig operation.
• Able to perform rig operator, floor hand and derrick hand duties.
• Valid state driver's license or CDL eligibility.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct rig crew and coordinate tasks to maintain productivity and safety.
• Communicate with management on rig logistics and workflow.
• Perform BOP inspection, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Provide training and mentoring of crew on tools and procedures.
• Track costs and labor; report weekly to operations manager.
