Job summary

Ranger Energy Services is seeking a Rig Operator to manage rig controls and oversee crew activities at field sites. You will coordinate with customers to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality service while maintaining equipment and documenting operations.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Preference given to those with substantial well-servicing rig experience and a valid CDL or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience on a well servicing rig preferred.
• 2+ years as a relief operator preferred.
• Valid driver's license, CDL or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Operate the rig safely during rig up/down and pulling operations.
• Oversee day-to-day crew activities and training.
• Promote safety policies and Stop Work accountability.
• Complete field tickets and document maintenance and inspections.
