Job summary

Ranger Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Rig Supervisor to manage the crew, uphold productivity standards and coordinate with customers to ensure safe, high-quality service on site. The role requires knowledge of workover rigs and the ability to troubleshoot rig equipment.

Qualifications include 5–8 years on well-servicing rigs, CDL or ability to obtain one, and strong leadership and communication skills. On-site work in Texas is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience on a well servicing rig preferred.
• Must be able to operate rig components and Ranger equipment, including tongs.
• CDL or ability to obtain one.
• Physically capable of manual labor to operate well servicing equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rig crew and ensure safety and productivity.
• Coordinate with District Manager on manning and scheduling.
• Inspect and test BOP as needed.
• Maintain equipment and cleanliness on site.
• Provide weekly cost analysis to track labor and revenues.
