The Shelly Company, a CRH company, seeks an Unloading Rig Laborer to support crane operators and perform general labor at Price Inland Terminal and other locations in Ohio.

Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment, assisting forepersons, performing general labor, and upholding safety standards per OSHA/MSHA. Occasional welding, deckhand duties, and equipment maintenance may be required. Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Prior heavy equipment experience is helpful (skid steer, frontend loader, bulldozer).

Responsabilités

• Assist the plant foreperson with daily plant operations and upkeep.
• Safely operate heavy equipment (front-end loader, bulldozer, skid steer).
• Perform general labor tasks, shovel, and assist crew as needed.
• Welding and fabrication are a plus but not required.
• Detect safety hazards and equipment malfunctions; respond accordingly.
• Follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Perform deckhand duties (line handling, barge/boat operations).
• Comply with OSHA & MSHA regulations.
• Operating excavator and crane is a plus but not required.
