The Shelly Company in Ohio is hiring an Unloading Rig Laborer to assist crane operators and perform general labor at Price Inland Terminal and other locations as needed.
Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment, assisting with daily plant operations, and performing maintenance tasks. The role requires safety awareness, reliable attendance, and willingness to travel and work varied hours.

The Unloading Rig Laborer will be responsible for assisting the crane operators in everyday tasks as well as general labor duties at Price Inland Terminal and other locations as required.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior Heavy Equipment experience, Skid steer, Frontend Loader, Bulldozer Operation helpful.
Ability to communicate sufficiently to be able to convey and exchange ideas and to give and to receive detailed verbal instructions.
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or variables.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside weather conditions and is regularly exposed to wet, humid condition airborne particles, and extreme heat or cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to vibration.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud and may require protective equipment.
