Job summary

Hertz Mobility Specialist, TNC in Wallingford, CT, joins the Local Edition team to deliver the fastest, easiest rental car experience for Lyft and Uber drivers. You will facilitate reservations, processing, and vehicle readiness while guiding customers through program requirements.

In a dynamic setting, you’ll handle inquiries, assist with billing, and communicate program procedures, aiming to maximize revenue opportunities. A valid driver's license and flexible shifts are required.

• Answer inquiries about programs, billing, extensions and roadside questions.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain clean, safe vehicles and proper vehicle presentation for pickup.
