Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
• Clear communication in English required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal operational efficacy to provide customers the best rental car experience.
• Assist with creating reservations, processing rentals, and delivering clean, safe vehicles.
• Assist customers with post-rental inquiries involving rental and billing processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while delivering helpful customer service.
• Answer phone inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and related policies.
• Maximize revenue by proactively offering additional services after inquiries.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared for pickup, including checks for damage, cleaning, and refueling.
