Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental car reservations, process rentals and ensure vehicles are clean and safe for pickup.
• Answer inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program, requirements, billing and extensions.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by proactively addressing customer needs and objections.
• Prepare vehicles for customer pickup, check for damage, clean interiors/exteriors and fill fluids as needed.
