Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology sales across Memphis, Nashville, and Jackson, TN. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and specialty providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in specialty/rare disease sales with Rheumatology experience, and the ability to develop strategic territory plans while collaborating across teams. Travel is required within the geography and beyond as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience.
• Significant Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Product launch experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography and occasionally beyond to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging insights to drive performance.
• Demonstrate innovation by identifying opportunities and implementing creative solutions.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers.
• Use data, market intelligence, and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Consistently achieve sales objectives with integrity and compliance.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time.
