argenx is expanding its Rheumatology footprint in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Edmond. The Rheumatology Territory Business Manager will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

Reporting to the Business Leader, the TBM drives demand generation and strategic planning in a fast-paced, compliant environment, balancing field-based engagement with digital tools and data insights to exceed sales objectives.

Formación

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and objective achievement.
• Territory/account planning experience and execution.
• Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Product launch experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging insights.
• Drive demand generation through healthcare professionals and providers.
• Build relationships with academic institutions, specialty pharmacies and infusion providers.
• Utilize data and insights to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives with integrity.
• Submit accurate CRM activity and account plans.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues to deliver patient-focused value.
