Job summary

argenx is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager for Milwaukee, WI. The TBM will drive demand generation in rheumatology, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers, and work with internal teams to improve patient access and outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, field collaboration, and a patient-first mindset, reporting to the Business Leader.

Qualifications

5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, preferably in Rheumatology.
Proven track record of high sales performance and achieving objectives.
Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory/account strategies.
Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Reside within the assigned market/territory.
Product launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support objectives.
Develop and execute strategic territory plans using insights to drive performance.
Demonstrate innovation by identifying opportunities and improving engagement and outcomes.
Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, infusion providers, and partners.
Utilize data and tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining integrity and compliance.
Submit plans and CRM activity in a timely manner.
Take ownership of results and address challenges proactively.
