Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
• At least five years of experience with three or more years in pharma/health/science industry preferred; HS diploma/GED required

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives to meet or exceed targets.
• Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and evaluate post-call outcomes to improve performance.
• Proactively serve customer needs and build trusted relationships to achieve win-win agreements.
• Develop call plans to optimize coverage and frequency for key customers and maximize opportunities.
• Share market insights with in-field, brand, and sales management to align strategies.
