Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
• At least five years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience with three+ years in the industry preferred
• Proven track record of sales success and strong presentation skills
• Influences others, collaborative, leadership at district/region levels
• HCIR credentialing requirements and license/drug screening in territory

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and financial targets
• Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives; evaluate post-call results
• Serve customer needs and build trusted relationships for win-win agreements
• Develop call plans to optimize coverage and frequency with key customers
• Share market intelligence with brand team and sales management to align strategy
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value and engage disease state experts
