Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin's OnRamps program seeks a Senior Implementation Coordinator – Rhetoric to coordinate high-level instructional support and professional development for OnRamps instructors in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of three years teaching experience at high school or college level.
• Demonstrated ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders with decorum and tact.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Supports OnRamps Instructors in implementing courses with fidelity.
• Develops and implements annual professional learning institutes.
• Leads ongoing professional development through weekly communication and monthly virtual meetings.
• Creates interventions for instructors with implementation challenges.
• Uses data science methodologies to monitor fidelity and instructor engagement.
• Leads an instructor support system with mentor instructors and online platforms.
