Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking an Implementation Coordinator for OnRamps Rhetoric to ensure fidelity of course delivery and support instructors with professional development.

The role requires collaboration with Course Leads and the Professional Learning and Development team, occasional travel across Texas, and a hybrid work arrangement with potential weekend/evening commitments during institutes. You will also develop video resources and lead Summer Institutes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Rhetoric, education, or related field.
• Three years teaching experience at a high school or college level.
• Exceptional customer service skills with decorum and tact.
• Master’s degree preferred; LMS proficiency and coaching experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports OnRamps Instructors in implementing courses with fidelity along the OnRamps Four Pillars.
• Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders through expert customer service and problem solving.
• Leads annual Summer, Fall, and Spring professional learning institutes for instructors.
• Delivers ongoing professional development via weekly communications and virtual meetings.
• Creates video resources and supports instructor onboarding and fidelity activities.
• Uses data to monitor fidelity and effectiveness of OnRamps courses.
