Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin seeks an Implementation Coordinator – Rhetoric for the OnRamps program in Austin, TX. This role coordinates high-level instructional support and professional development to OnRamps instructors, ensuring fidelity to the OnRamps Four Pillars and collaborating with course leads and the Professional Learning and Development team.

Travel up to 5% across Texas, with occasional weekend/evening work during institutes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Rhetoric, education, or related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of HS teaching and learning.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders with decorum and tact.
• Three years teaching experience at a high school or college level.

Responsibilities

• Supports Instructors in implementing courses with fidelity and builds stakeholder relationships.
• Develops and runs annual professional learning institutes in Summer, Fall, and Spring with course leads and the PD team.
• Establishes ongoing professional development via weekly updates, monthly virtual meetings, and institutes.
• Implements interventions for instructors with challenges, including coaching and video resources.
• Uses data to monitor fidelity, including engagement, pacing, and submissions, with integrity checks.
• Facilitates a support network with mentors and OnRamps studio video resources.
• Supports designated special projects aligned with OnRamps mission.
