Job summary

University of Texas in Austin seeks a Senior Implementation Coordinator – Rhetoric to oversee fidelity of OnRamps Rhetoric course implementation and coordinate instructional and professional development support for OnRamps instructors.

You will collaborate with Course Leads, the Assistant Director, and the Professional Learning and Development team to sustain an engaged instructor network and improve course delivery across Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Rhetoric, English, education, or related field.
• Three years teaching experience at a high school or college level.
• Demonstrated understanding of high school teaching and learning.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders with decorum and tact.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Supports OnRamps Instructors in implementing courses with fidelity along the OnRamps Four Pillars.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving.
• Plans and implements annual professional learning institutes during Summer, Fall, and Spring for OnRamps instructors.
• Leads ongoing professional development and learning activities through regular communications and meetings.
• Creates systems and data-driven interventions to ensure fidelity of OnRamps courses.
• Supports and mentors instructors across the state; sustains a virtual community for instructors.
