Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Senior Implementation Coordinator - Rhetoric in Austin, TX. The role focuses on coordinating implementation fidelity for the OnRamps Rhetoric course and delivering high-quality instructor support and professional development.

The position emphasizes stakeholder engagement, data-driven fidelity, and collaboration with course leads and the Professional Learning and Development team. Hybrid work is available with travel up to 5% in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Rhetoric, English, education, or related field.
• Three years teaching experience at a high school or college level.
• Demonstrated understanding of High School teaching and learning.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders with decorum and tact.

Responsibilities

• Supports OnRamps Instructors in implementing courses with fidelity along the OnRamps Four Pillars.
• Develops and implements annual professional learning institutes during Summer, Fall, and Spring for Onramps instructors.
• Leads the implementation of on-going professional development and learning activities through weekly communication and monthly virtual meetings.
• Develops and implements interventions for instructors with implementation challenges and those onboarded after annual Summer Institutes.
• Creates systems using data to ensure fidelity of implementation of OnRamps courses using data science methodologies.
