Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in History, education, or related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of High School teaching and learning.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders with decorum and tact.
• Five years teaching experience at a high school.

Responsibilities

• Supports OnRamps Instructors in implementing courses with fidelity along the OnRamps Four Pillars.
• Develops and implements annual professional learning institutes during Summer, Fall, and Spring for OnRamps instructors in collaboration with course leads and development team.
• Implements ongoing professional development through weekly communications and meetings and leads a network of instructors.
• Develops interventions for instructors with challenges, including coaching, video resources, and classroom streaming.
• Uses data to ensure fidelity of course implementation and supports instructor resources and investigations as needed.
• Facilitates an instructor support system and creates video resources modeling pedagogy and challenging content.
