Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of CPG commercial experience in pricing, promotion, category management, customer strategy, finance, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience developing and executing Revenue Growth Management recommendations for brands, categories, or sub-categories.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of RGM strategies for brands, platforms, and sub-categories.
• Lead pricing and price-pack architecture recommendations using willingness-to-pay insights and margin objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales to design promotional strategies and trade investment guidance.
• Support innovation pricing and post-launch assessments.
• Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for multiple teams.
• Monitor performance through KPI reporting and pricing/t trade analyses.
