Job summary
Campbell Soup Company seeks a Director of Revenue Growth Management - Enterprise Capability to define scalable RGM frameworks, standards, and playbooks for pricing, promotions, and mix across the enterprise.
You will partner with Digital/IT, analytics, and business leaders to drive adoption, proficiency, and measurable commercial impact through capability-building and governance routines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 7+ years in Revenue Growth Management and related transformation roles.
- Deep knowledge of RGM across pricing, promotions, and mix.
- Experience building enterprise frameworks, playbooks, and governance.
- Proven ability to translate strategies into measurable proficiency and impact.
- Experience shaping digital-product requirements with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise RGM capability strategy, standards, and roadmaps across core levers.
- Translate capability gaps into prioritized learning journeys, toolkits, and coaching.
- Embed RGM capabilities into strategic planning and performance rhythms for better decisions.
- Shape the RGM digital-product portfolio and align roadmaps with business needs.
- Establish governance, measure value realization, and advise leadership on priorities.
