Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to translate pricing, promotions, and trade investments into measurable results. You will drive enterprise-level pricing strategies and PPA opportunities, partnering across sales, finance, and marketing to deliver sustainable growth.

You will own data analyses, generate actionable recommendations, and present executive-ready insights that influence senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years in Revenue Growth Management, pricing, analytics, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable, executive-ready recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead pricing and trade investment analyses to inform market decisions.
• Develop pricing and Price Pack Architecture (PPA) recommendations.
• Own end-to-end analytical workstreams and identify opportunities.
• Synthesize insights across brands, categories, and channels for decision-making.
• Present recommendations in clear, executive-ready formats.
