Burger King is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Hudson, NH to oversee daily operations for a busy location with 10-45 staff. You will drive guest satisfaction, sales growth, profitability, and employee retention by leading the restaurant team across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage time for self and others.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.
• Lead the management team and ensure financial controls and compliance.
• Schedule long and irregular shifts as needed to keep the restaurant running.
• Direct supervision of Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• Collaborate with field ops, customers and vendors.
