Burger King in Merrimack, NH is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction, sales, profitability and retention for a 10–45 person team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations for 10–45 employees and ensure guest satisfaction, profitability and retention.
• Lead the restaurant management team and supervise financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance across all shifts.
• Work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper restaurant functioning.
• Directly manage Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers; interact with staff, DM, customers and vendors.
