Job summary

Burger King in the United States is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations of a single location and drive guest satisfaction, sales and profitability. You will manage a team of 10–45 employees and oversee financial controls, operations and compliance across shifts.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a track record of leadership in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete internal certification programs.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single restaurant (10–45 employees) to drive guest satisfaction, sales and profitability.
• Lead the restaurant management team; manage financial controls, operations, people development and compliance.
• Work long and/or irregular shifts as needed to ensure proper functioning of the restaurant.
• Directly manage Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers; coordinate with DM and vendors.
