The Standard is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage multiple RFPs from intake to submission, coordinating with sales, marketing, underwriting, legal, and other experts to deliver accurate, compelling proposals. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent skills or experience
• 4+ years of experience project management experience, or experience supporting RFPs and proposals
• 2+ years Insurance experience, preferable in employee benefits
• Strong organizational, time-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to interpret requirements and produce accurate, customer-ready materials.
• Familiarity with proposal development tools, content libraries, or RFP management systems.
• Ability to work independently on routine to moderately complex projects with minimal oversight.
• Occasional extended hours may be needed during peak RFP cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute multiple RFPs from intake through final submission.
• Collaborate with internal partners to gather information and ensure accuracy of proposal content.
• Develop clear, competitive, and compliant proposal materials aligned with solicitation requirements.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder input in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to enhancing RFP response efficiency.
