Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or communications.
• 4+ years in project management or RFP/proposal support.
• 2+ years of insurance experience, preferably employee benefits.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to interpret requirements and produce customer-ready materials.
• Familiarity with proposal development tools or RFP systems.
• Ability to work independently on routine to moderately complex projects.
• Occasional extended hours during peak RFP cycles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute multiple RFPs from intake through final submission.
• Collaborate with internal partners to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Develop clear, competitive, and compliant proposal materials.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder input in a deadline‑oriented environment.
• Recommend process improvements and enhance RFP response efficiency.
