Job summary

The Standard is seeking an experienced RFP Specialist in Oregon to manage multiple RFPs from intake to submission. You will coordinate with sales, marketing, underwriting, legal, and other experts to deliver accurate, compelling, and compliant proposals.

You’ll need 4+ years of project management or RFP support, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Some roles may require extended hours during peak cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or communications.
• 4+ years of project management or experience supporting RFPs/proposals.
• 2+ years of insurance experience, preferably employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute multiple RFPs from intake through final submission.
• Collaborate with internal partners to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Develop clear, competitive, and compliant proposal materials aligned with requirements.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder input in a deadline-driven environment.
• Suggest process improvements to increase RFP response efficiency.
